Whether it’s about creating and maintaining gardens, parks, green strips, urban greenery, road verges, or golf courses, H4A offers a comprehensive package for public spaces, businesses, and private individuals. This includes the construction of roundabouts with planting, (re)designing business premises with paving and greenery, or building your home with a paved driveway and planted garden.

MOWING ACTIVITIES

All mowing activities fall under our green space management. From mowing lawns and sports fields to rough terrain, slopes, and road verges, we have suitable machines for all types of ground. For example, we use a tractor with a mowing arm, a remote-controlled crawler mower for sloped and hard-to-reach places, and a slope tractor for mowing slopes. We can mulch the grass vegetation, leaving the clippings in place. Alternatively, to enhance biodiversity, we can mow the grass, rake it, bale it, and transport it. We then process it into compost at our own facility.

URBAN GREEN SPACES

People particularly need green spaces in urban areas. The intensive use of living spaces places high demands on the greenery. H4A gladly takes on these major challenges, with an eye for quality and sustainability. Our years of experience in the creation and maintenance of urban green spaces range from large-scale line plantings along roads and transforming neighborhood greenery to the realization of complete parks.

TREE REMOVAL & PRUNING

One of H4A Green’s specializations is the removal and pruning of trees and shrubs. We perform this work for business and private clients as well as government agencies. For our European Tree Workers, who possess special climbing and rigging techniques, even hard-to-reach trees are no problem. Curious about the health of your tree? Our European Tree Workers can determine the tree’s health through a visual tree assessment (VTA) and provide advice. The pruned wood is shredded by our large and small chippers. The small chippers are easy to maneuver and are ideal for work in residential areas, for example.

INDUSTRIAL GREEN MANAGEMENT

Business premises and production sites must be well-maintained. This is good for appearance but especially for safety. H4A ensures with proper green management that you can always work safely and that your site looks neat. We are happy to apply our ecological know-how and knowledge of sustainable green management for you. This can include sustainable weed control or green soil remediation through phytoremediation. We also like to think with you about solutions to protect the flora and fauna within your industrial environment.

GREENTOCOLOUR

In more and more locations, we are transforming existing plant beds into beds with perennials or creating new plant beds. We design these according to the GreentoColour concept, where the selection of perennials ensures a blooming border for at least 8 months. Due to the long blooming period, this concept is also ideal for insects.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE

Properly maintaining the garden around your home or business premises requires a lot of time. H4A Green is happy to take over the complete or partial maintenance of your garden. This includes weed control, lawn maintenance, border maintenance, pond maintenance, trimming hedges, and pruning shrubs, trees, and ornamental plants.

WEED CONTROL

Weed control is necessary to keep green environments, business premises, and residential areas tidy. H4A Green controls weeds through brushing, burning, hot air, or hot water. In permitted locations, chemical weed control is also applied. We carry out weed control responsibly and efficiently from our vision, striving to minimize the use of chemical herbicides.

JAPANESE KNOTWEED

Japanese knotweed causes many problems. Our advice is to control this weed as soon as possible. It is a persistent invasive species that is harmful to infrastructure and biodiversity. The plant spreads via the roots and must be eradicated underground. Soilwise has developed a biological method to do this. Together with this company, we tackle Japanese knotweed. With this method, we can completely eradicate the plant. A great challenge for us!

GOLF COURSES & SPORTS FIELDS

H4A specializes in green space management for golf courses and sports fields. Bringing and keeping the greenery in optimal condition requires a lot of knowledge, skill, and attention. Greenkeeping is a profession in itself. Our professional greenkeepers know exactly what care the turf needs. We do this with a team of skilled greenkeepers in a sustainable and responsible manner. We have a well-equipped fleet of machinery, allowing us to perform both regular and major maintenance. We also prepare maintenance and renovation plans if necessary.
